July 2021 Prize Draw

Information on how to enter and prize forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into this prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry is only available to residents of Queensland, Australia who are aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.

Entrants must complete the online entry form and fill in all required fields.

When you enter you will also be subscribed to the ClinicPlus.site email newsletter which includes news and special offers from ClinicPlus.site. You can unsubscribe at any time and the Promoter will not share your email address unless compelled or permitted by law. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.

You are not guaranteed to win a prise and your chance of winning is dependent on total number of eligible entries received.

The promotion ends at 11pm Saturday 31 July 2021 (AEST).

Winner drawn Saturday 7 August 2021 (AEST).

The prize is "a relaxation 60mins massage plus a premium oil upgrade" which is only redeemable at Clinic Plus in Underwood.The winner will be notified via email. The winner must claim their prize within 2 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selection in accordance with these rules.

Prize not transferable.

The judge's decision is final, no cash alternative is available.

Advance booking required with mentioning of the prize winner.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Proof of age, name, residency and email winner notification may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of the Promoter.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp or Twitter. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp or Twitter.

The winner agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of her/his initials in such publicity.

Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter's sole opinion) or who, in Promoter's sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
